W artykule przedstawiono niesystematyczny przegląd najnowszej literatury dotyczącej występowania zespołów neurologicznych w celiakii, nieceliakalnej
nadwrażliwości na gluten, stan wiedzy na temat ataksji zależnej od glutenu oraz markerów serologicznych objawów neurologicznych w chorobach
zależnych od glutenu. Podkreślono różnice pomiędzy obrazem klinicznym objawów neurologicznych u dzieci i u dorosłych. Poddano krytycznej
analizie dostępne dane literaturowe w tym zakresie.
Abstract:
The article presents a non systematic review of the most recent publications on the subject of neurological syndromes in coeliac disease and noncoeliac
gluten sensitivity. Gluten ataxia and serological markers of neurological syndromes in gluten related disorders are also discussed. The differences
between the child and adult populations regarding the neurological syndromes induced by gluten are emphasized. Available data was the subject of
critical analysis.
